We are a 100% warm sales environment, and are looking for *Sales Super Stars* who love to sell direct to interested clients on the phone from a flexible environment at home.

Love sales AND dogs? You��?ll love this job! You��?ll be talking with dozens of dog owners each day, consulting with them on their dog��?s behavior and training needs and scheduling them within our network of dog trainers.

Sure, they could get their dog trained anywhere but you��?re here to show them why our trainers are the best!

This is a legitimate work from home position in a well-established company. We are a small virtual call center and ALL of our sales team work from home, and have done so for over a decade.

Required Qualifications :

• Quiet working environment at home
• Type 50+ wpm
• Computer with Windows 10. Minimum 8GB RAM. External mouse. Dual Monitors. USB wired noise cancelling headset. We offer work-station assistance to subsidize and finance equipment if you do not have any of the required hardware already.
• High Speed Internet Connection with 20Mbps or higher direct Ethernet (not Wifi) connection, and not shared with any other computers during working hours (must be a dedicated line / second line if others in the home use the connection)
• Prefer at least 1 year experience selling by phone. If you do not possess this experience, a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly and respond to feedback is required for training.

Pay :

Guaranteed Base + Daily and Monthly Bonuses. You will receive a guaranteed hourly base with multiple bonus opportunities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

W2 hourly employee, direct deposit, biweekly pay dates. Pay range typically $16-$32 / hr depending on performance.

Hours :

Full time : 40 hours per week. Our hours of operation are 10am to 8pm EST, Monday-Sunday. There is some flexibility to design a schedule that fits your life, whether that includes a split shift and midday break, a 4 day work week, or 6-7 days with shorter hours.

Open to discussion as there are several creative ways to meet the coverage needs and we are happy to discuss this in the interview process.

Note, weekend hours are a firm requirement.
